The Villas
The villas opened this year, 2009. They are on a plot of land of 4,300 m2, where most of the land is Malpaís (typical volcanic and rocky land). There are 4 villas: two of them with two bedrooms and the other two with one bedroom. They have spacious parking areas and large gardens. The Villas are orientated to the South to maximize the hours of sun and to be protected from the trade winds of the island.
