After the reservation request, the customer will receive an availability confirmation email, and after the payment of the 20% of the booking, this one will be confirmed. This confirmation shall be printed to hand-in when checking in the Villas.
Prices: Prices are retail prices, including taxes.
At the check-in, a day´s rental deposite must be paid in cash. This will be refund at the end of your stay and after checking that the Villas are in the same conditions than they were at the time of arrival. Cancellation: The full amount of the reservation will be refund if you cancel your reservation one month prior to the date of entry into the villa. The reservation will not be refund if the cancelation is done withing less than a month from the booked dates.
